Description

Our newest Kauai North Shore vacation rental, "Twin Hearts", is a wonderful private 1 bedroomand 1 bath handcrafted rental honeymoon cottage on our 7.5 acre Kauai North Shore estate parcel.

The handcrafted cottage has ocean and mountain views and a brand new hot tub, as well as close beach proximity. For those who have to stay in touch, there is wireless highspeed internet access. All our guests have been loving it.

Twin Hearts is an exquisite, architecturally interesting, sustainable redwood home with lots of special features and privacy, about 100 yards (and lots of hedges and trees) from our house, and 250 similar yards from Hale Kai Kalani, our larger vacation rental home. Twin Hearts is accessed via a completely private 200 foot long rolled gravel driveway from the paved cul-de-sac road.

The vacation rental cottage is comfortably and tastefully furnished, island style, with a hand carved king sized poster bed with soft cotton sheets in the bedroom, a tiled bathroom, and a full-on entertainment center with satellite TV, DVD, and CD stereo. Furniture and furnishings are oriental and island-style, with some antiques and original art.

Policy

Prices are for 2 guests, add $7.50 per night or per $50 week for one additional guest.

5 night minimum stay, 7 nights preferred in Summer, 14 nights at Holiday
HOWEVER, shorter stays between established bookings are welcome, so please inquire

NORMAL out-cleaning charge: $100 for 2 guests, $125 for 3 guests.

12.42% State taxes.$500 refundable security/booking deposit applies. Available Year-Round.
